Refund, Returns and Shipping Policy
You can return your GRGN products to us in 14 days starting from the day of delivery according to the EU Return and Refund Laws. In the 14-day period you must notify us of your return in writing. After we have received the returned product/s and making sure of its/their integrity and good condition, we will return the paid amount in the same way it was paid initially.
When returning products to us, please ensure that they are undamaged, not worn, in their original packaging with all labels attached. To complete your return or refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Return costs are paid by you.
After the 14 days have passed we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
If the returned product/s is/are not in its/their original state and condition and do not meet the requirements set out above (including if it has been used, washed, and has no or damaged internal and attached labels), your request to return the amount you have paid will be rejected, and the returned product will be sent back to you via courier at your expense.
GRGN is not responsible if a returned product/s get damaged or lost by the courier company. In such cases, your request to return the amount you have paid will be rejected, and the returned product will be sent back to you via courier at your expense.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable (usually around 14 days) amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@grgn.bg.
If you need to exchange it for the same item of a different size, send us an email at contact@grgn.bg. In order for us to exchange your product, you should email us contact@grgn.bg with details for your exchange – what you would like to exchange your product for, address, name, mobile number and/or other additional information and a proof of purchase or receipt.
Shipping
•With Econt (only for Bulgaria)
We work with Econt courier company, with which you can pay for your order by card or cash upon delivery or through the payment method on our website only with credit/debit card. You can choose if you want your package to be delivered to a specific address given by you or receive the package at an Econt office of your choice, where you can test and review the products before payment. The delivery costs are are paid by you and they are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery period of your order is between 1-5 business days.
•With DHL
We ship to Europe, US and Canada with DHL. Exact amount depends on location and weight of the package, please note that prices may differ. You will receive your package within 3-5 days depending on the type of shipping you choose (Express Worldwide or Economy Select), however there is a chance your package might be delayed, please be patient and in case of a long delay please contact us or DHL.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to ship it back to us. The return costs are the same as the shipping costs and they are paid by you. A return label will be sent to you by email when you have completed your purchase. You must print the label and attach it to the shipment. After that you can request a courier pick-up or leave the package at a local DHL office. When returning products to us, please ensure that they are undamaged, not worn, in their original packaging with all labels attached. We do not guarantee full refund for damaged products.
We are not responsible for any import tax/duty that your return may have incurred. Exact amount depends on location and weight of the package returned. By returning an item you also consent to the deduction of the return cost. The amount you have paid will be returned using the same payment method you have used in the initial purchase transaction. If we see that the returned item is not in its original state and condition and does not meet the requirements set out above (including if it has been used, washed, and has no or damaged internal and attached labels), your request to return the amount you have paid will be rejected, and the returned product will be sent back to you via courier at your expense.

Our collection is physically available to purchase at M Concept Space. Please note that some items could have been purchased and out of stock in the store but available on our website, this is because of logistics reasons. The address of the store is Ulitsa Neofit Rilski 11, Sofia, Bulgaria 1000. The working hours are not GRGN’s responsibility since M Concept Space and GRGN are two separate business entities. Items of each collection are limited.
