    Refund, Returns and Shipping Policy

    Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it or any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags. To complete your return or refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Return costs are paid by you.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

    Sale items

    Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item of a different size, send us an email at To return your product, you should email us with details for your return – address, name, mobile number and/or other additional information.


    • With CVC

    To ship your products we use CVC courier company. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for receiving and returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your purchased/exchanged product/s to reach you may vary. You can choose to receive your item/s to an address given by you or at a currier hub located only in some administrative cities in Bulgaria. If you have given an address in a city in which a hub is absent, the item can be delivered only to an address given by you. The hubs are located in:

    If you cannot receive the item on the address given by you, the delivery company (CVC) will contact you and will try to deliver your product for a second time. If the item is not received by you the second time it will be sent back to us. If you wish to receive the item on a different address or in a CVC hub, please make sure to let us or the delivery company know.

    If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    •With Econt

    We also work with Econt courier company, with which you can pay for your order by card or cash upon delivery or through the payment method on our website only with credit/debit card. You can choose if you want your package to be delivered to a specific address given by you or receive the package at an Econt office of your choice, where you can test and review the products before payment. The delivery costs are are paid by you and they are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Delivery period of your order is between 1-5 business days.

    Our collection is physically available to purchase at M Concept Space, where you can find all of our items which are currently available on the website as well. Please note that some items could have been purchased and out of stock in the store but available on our website, this is because of logistics reasons. The address of the store is Ulitsa Neofit Rilski 11, Sofia, Bulgaria 1000. The working hours are not GRGN’s responsibility since M Concept Space and GRGN are two separate businesses. Items of each collection are limited.

    Currently we are shipping only to Bulgaria with CVC and Econt. If you want your products shipped outside of Bulgaria, please write us an email at and we will make sure to see how we can send you your desired products, and if you have any other questions related to refunds, returns and shipping.
